Allie Davidson
Allie is an Educational Technology Development Coordinator at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
Allie is involved in the design, development, facilitation, and implementation of teaching and learning-related ePortfolio projects and initiatives at Carleton. She develops and delivers training sessions on cuPortfolio, consults with instructors designing ePortfolio assignments for their courses and programs, and provides ongoing technical and pedagogical support to faculty and staff using the tool.
Louise Carr
Louise Carr is Advanced Learning Practitioner with the Hadlow Group and lecturer in Education related courses including post compulsory teacher education and teaching assistants. Her subject specialisms include early years with a focus on pre-school curriculum philosophies and English for Speakers of Other Languages ESOL.
She has a research focus on developing professional practice and life-long learning through the use of ePortfolios with a special interest in the practitioner as researcher and reflective practices.
The Hadlow Group of colleges and schools are based in Kent in the south east of England. The Main Hadlow campus is for Land-based Studies and the Tonbridge site is a general Further Education college. Both colleges are for students aged 16 - 19 and 19+ and offer vocational qualifications, Access to Higher Education courses and degree programmes.
Lesley McCannell
Lesley is a Faculty Associate with the Teaching and Learning Commons at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. As a Faculty member in the School of Business she has used ePortfolio learning in her courses since 2008 and led the development of the first program ePortfolio initiative at KPU. For the past two years she has been supporting Faculty at KPU as they explore applications of ePortfolio learning in their courses and programs. Lesley also leads the student support initiatives at KPU.
Meg Goodine
Meg is the Manager of Learning Technologies in the Teaching and Learning Commons at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. She and her team provide training and support for the KPU academic community in the use of KPU’s learning management and eportfolio systems and other tools for use in teaching and learning.
She has been exploring and experimenting with eportfolios since 2008.
Kristina Hoeppner
Kristina is the project lead and community facilitator of the open source project Mahara. She's been a member of the community since 2008 when she researched electronic portfolio software to be used in the Bachelor in Educational Sciences at the University of Luxembourg.
In mid-2010 she moved to Wellington in New Zealand to work for Catalyst, the main development company of Mahara. Since then she's been supporting the worldwide Mahara community along with the rest of the Mahara core team.
