Hi,

I've installed mahara 1.7.2 with moodle 2.4. When a user logs in moodle it is logged in atomatically in mahara, but when he logs out moodle the session in mahara remains active, I mean he doesn't logout from mahara.

The users can't login in mahara from the login page in mahara (this last error is not a problemm for me because I am going to delete mahara login form). The first problem (not being able to logout mahara when I left out moodle) is a big problem.

Can somebody help with this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Rosa,

Someone already reported this issue, but I can't find it on the tracker right now.

The second problem is not a bug because if you set up MNet, you always need to go via Moodle. You can put a sentence to that effect into the authentication method settings (see http://manual.mahara.org/en/1.7/administration/institutions.html#xml-rpc-mnet-authentication #7).

You can also set a config value to redirect you to the Moodle login page. See htdocs/lib/config-defaults.php and search for "externallogin" to get to the part where this feature is discussed.

Cheers

Yes, the bug report is here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1084336

But, you won't be able to read it because it's tagged as a not-yet-fixed security bug. Wink

Cheers,

Aaron
