Hello there,

i have problem with login system. Some users unable to login with correct username and password, so everytime they want to login they have to click forgot password to set new password and login, but then after they logout and they try to login again the new password never let them to login. its weird if everytime they want to login they have to set new password.

please help me! such an urgent issue since students have to complete their CVs soon

Check that your cron is running.

It'll depend on what system you're hosting your site on. See https://wiki.mahara.org/index.php/System_Administrator%27s_Guide/Cron_Job

If you're using shared hosting, check with your host to see if they let you set up cron jobs (for instance through a "cron" button on CPanel).
