Hi All,

We just completed a successful upgrade to 1.5 and now already I'm trying to plan our year ahead. Does anyone know the ugrade schedule for Mahara? I think I remember reading that new versions would come out in Fall and Spring - but I'm trying to firm this up so that I can get it on our programmer's schedule so we don't fall so far behind again.

Hello Beth,

Yes, we are on a 6-monthly release cycle now and are exploring how it's going to work out. It's definitely quite frentic for us and we would love to have as many people testing the RC of Mahara 1.6 during the next few weeks. If all goes well, it'll come out next week.

Releases are planned for October and April each year.
