We're definitely keeping that feature, we're just adding another way of discovering / grouping blog posts.

Hi,

Just reviving this old thread 

Is there a way to make multiple journals the default (without code)  rather than just one? this has come up a few times in training with clients.

Hi Pete,

It will be possible from 15.04 on thanks to development for SWITCH which we could put back into core Mahara. :-) If you can't upgrade directly, you can backport the feature to an older version. See the files that were changed at https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/4128/
