Recently, I caught up with Dr Megan Mize to talk about the portfolio initiatives she and her team are involved in at Old Dominion University to bring reflective thinking to internships and also General Education courses. I got to know Megan through the AAEEBL Digital Ethics Task Force and have been able to follow her work since 2019.

In this episode, shares insights from the Mellon-funded Monarch Humanities Internship Academy, a five-year, five-million dollar grant to establish internships that also use portfolio practices, and the General Education reform that the university is currently undergoing.
