Hi everyone,

Before our team is off for the holidays, I wanted to post an update on our Mahara refresh project and show you the progress that we've made over the last few months. It's a massive undertaking turning every single element you see on the screen in Mahara over and updating it to the new look and feel.

The refresh work is led by Doris Tam on the technical side and Evonne Cheung for the graphical design elements. They are supported by our business analyst Rob Hill and our developers Phil Sainty and Yvonne Waterman. Robert Lyon, our Mahara project tech lead is also involved besides progressing other items on our roadmap.

Our team will be on break from 24 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 and look forward to talking with you again in the new year. Have a restful end of 2025 and a superb start in 2026.
