Hi everyone,

While in Europe in September and early October, I had the chance to meet Antje Koenen at her school in Frankfurt to catch up and also record a podcast episode. This is always quite exciting to chat to people in person rather than through the screen.

Antje is an amazing teacher who loves teaching and supporting her students and thinks of creative ways to make learning more approachable and sticky. When you listen to her speak, you'll hear her love for all things teaching and learning and her cheerfulness. She shares how she turns an initially seemingly simple activity, such as learning to use the past tense in English, into a complex learning task that the students enjoy doing because it is personalised to them.
