Hi!

We are contributing to the Mahara Spanish and Catalan translations. We do it in Launchpad by working on the trunk series:

https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-lang/trunk/+translations

There are 281 strings remaining to be translated into Catalan, according to the on-screen data.

But there are other series, like the 24.04 series. What's the difference between the two? Are we right to concentrate on the trunk series?

Hi Richard,

When you translate a string in 'trunk', i.e. our 'main', and the string is the same in 24.04, then Launchpad will automatically also move the translated string there. It may take a day or so but should be visible there then as well so that you don't need to translate the same strings everywhere.
