Hi everyone, I am trying to pull some data down from Mahara, we are running 24.04. When I setup a report and then select to download the data, the first report file comes down no problem. When I then change the report criteria and select a new report type, when I hit the download button the same file name (1) is downloaded, when I look at the file it is the same information as the first report. Has anyone else experienced an issue like this?

Hi Kenneth,

What browser are you using please? Do you encounter the same problem on our demo site using the same browser? And lastly, what report are you downloading? I know we had a problem several versions ago that was fixed then and thus a bit more information will be helpful in trying to replicate this issue.

Hi Kristina, thanks for your prompt reply, have tried on Edge and Chrome, same in both does not matter what reports you try and download, the first report I select (logins for example) downloads no problem, then if you go back and go to reports configuration and select another report, the new report displays correctly on screen but when you select the file to download it downloads the original report file. Very strange. I tried to do the same on the demo site but there is little to no data on the site so the reports are empty in the date ranges I have been trying. Maybe some of our colleagues running Mahara sites could try and see what happens on their 24.04 sites?
