Hello everyone,

Griffith College in Ireland has been using Mahara with SmartEvidence for a few years now. I enjoyed talking with Jonathan Murphy, FCA, who is head of the Apprenticeship Department there, about his use of Mahara and could hear very well how much he loves supporting students in their learning, finding good ways that help them get ahead that also follows good learning design principles such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

He demonstrates how the portfolio has its place in higher education, not just for degree apprentices but also for other members of his college community.
