Hi everyone,

Yesterday, a new podcast episode for 'Create. Share. Engage.' went live. I had the opportunity to interview Dr Sheetal J. Patel from the Integrative Learning Portfolio Lab (ILPL) at Stanford University. She also works for LinkedIn Learning and has her own coaching companies.

Sheetal talks about owning your story through a portfolio and how you can do that, what role feedback plays, and where DEIBD comes into play.
