I'd like to let you know about the latest episode of 'Create. Share. Engage.' that went live just a few hours ago: I'm staying at Athabasca University in British Columbia, Canada, having another chat with Debra Hoven. She's the supervisor for a number of dissertations for the doctorate in education, including for Margaret Rauliuk who is creating a portfolio as her dissertation requirements.

In the episode, they share the struggles they went through to have this approved and the joy they are getting from this outcome and also what it means for others who want to disrupt the traditional dissertation process.
