The latest episode of 'Create. Share. Engage.' took me virtually to Switzerland where Paul Raper works at University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and has been using portfolios in his English courses for engineers. He's a strong advocate for portfolio pedagogy and keeps his own portfolio.

I've got to know Paul through his use of SWITCHportfolio, a Mahara instance offered by SWITCH to institutions of higher education in Switzerland. This multi-tenanted Mahara instance also allows alumni to use the site. Since 2012 when SWITCHportfolio started, SWITCH has been supporting the Mahara project through financing bug fixes and commissioning new features.
