Institution groups lists for institution admins

Hi,

An institution admin can create and update groups, and can access these groups public pages without being a member (it s/he has the URL), but, nonetheless, s/he can't access a list of the groups. There is no such option in the admin menu of the institution admin, nor in the reports options. From the two reports that site admins can see in the "Groups" section, institution admin can only see one ("Submissions").
Is there any workaround for this? Can we give access to groups reports to institution admins? This would be very helpful.
