It is impossible to list the members of an institution or getting potential staff listed. Because of that you also can't choose staff for an institution or then choosing an Admin for an institution. 



As you see we have 2 users and the user Montessori X is in 2 Institutions - AME Approved Authentic Montessori Education - and Montessori X - but in none of those he actually gets listed as a member and therefore can't be chosen as staff -> administrator of an institution. At least the Site ADMINISTRATOR should be able to assign those roles.

but when I click on that member in AME no members get listed,

not even the one actually that gets listed in the institution overview page!

and in Montessori X the user does not get listed either

Hi Andi,

Do you have the problem also on another site? This sounds like someone would need to take a look at your database and see what's going on and also check if your code is all there and permissions are set correctly on the server. This can't be done via the free community service but we could investigate this in a support package.
