Hi

With adding our teaching staff to site staff and with them having controlled groups, they have asked if they can view the students email addresses as well as their names when adding through 'Add many people at once'. 

How could we fix this?

Hi Ali,

We usually don't display email addresses in the display name function because that would make the name display even longer. However, you can adjust the function to include the email address but might need to check that it's not added everywhere but just in the group. So that would be a customisation for your site. Happy to provide you with an estimate to get this done for you if you don't have a developer on the team.
