Hi,

I've some problems with importing leap2A files of more complex collections (a lot of different content types and a complex layout). When I load the leap2A file, some of the files won't be transfered (see screenshot).

When I press IMPORT I get the following error:

Mahara: Site unavailable
A nonrecoverable error occurred. This probably means you have encountered a bug in the system.

The interesting thing is, that some of the pages of the imported collection were actuelly imported with the original layout, but some pages weren't. The html export worked well.

I tried to import a not so complex collection (only text blocks, one per row). And that works completly fine.

Is there something I can do to get this problem fixed?

Hi Christine,

What's the actual error message that is in the error log? The 'nonrecoverable error' message is a placeholder for production sites so that potentially confidential information isn't disclosed, but it doesn't tell us anything. We'd need to know what it says in the error log in order to see if we can help.
