Hi 

We are using the new submissions to Mahara group facility within 21.04.1 version of Mahara, which I love, and the students submissions are not being released once the staff selects the 'To be released' button.

Staff member did provide feedback within the students Mahara previous in trying to release and it seems to have halted from giving releasing back to the student.

Cron is running normally and also set archiving of the students submissions.

Hi Ali,

I think you need to give it a result and then click the button in the 'Status' column. Does that change anything for you? Do you have any error messages in the system? Are the portfolios that you think were released visible in the 'Export queue' in Admin menu -> People?

Thank you Kristina!

To help others who may have the same problem:

1. Admin menu > People > Export queue > delete the submission from the queue, which allows to provide result 

2. Enter Mahara group > Submissions > provide a result > select Fix button, which releases back to student
