Hi everyone,

Congratulations to Fergus Whyte and Gold from Catalyst IT for having become approved developers of the Mahara project. They were voted into this position at last week's Mahara developer meeting by other approved developers. They both had strong applications, due to their prior experience as PHP developers and their code contributions over the last few months.

Approved developers are responsible for ensuring that changes and new features are implemented technically in a way that is compatible with the rest of the Mahara infrastructure and follows our coding guidelines.

Gold is a team member of the core Mahara project team, and Fergus is a developer in the eLearning team at Catalyst.
