Hi,

After clicking the dot from the smart evidence map to display the annotation input screen, if I exit without saving, only the annotation item name is saved on the page.

When a dot is clicked multiple times from the smart evidence map, multiple annotations with the same evaluation item are created on the page.

Yep that sounds like a bug.

Hi AB-Net,

Robert filed the bug, and it is marked 'Medium' priority. A student can remove the annotation blocks from their page and add a proper one including feedback easily before submitting their work. Since the issue also only comes up when you refresh the page without closing the modal, I assume this may not happen often. If you wish to fix this issue, please feel free to submit a patch.
