Hi together,

sorry for my English. I also see our Mahara-System in German, so some technical words could be different or I translated them wrong.

As the Admin of our Mahara instance, I want to shift users in the role as „co-workers“ (German: Mitarbeiter).

In the (left) window, where all Users should be shown (for moving in a right window as Co-Workers), there are only the first 100 Users shown. There is a message below the window, I translate in English:  „The first 100 users of 270“.

The last number represent all users.

So I can not choose the last 170 users. There is no possibility to click or scroll to another window like in the list of all users. (There I can see all.)

What can I do?

Hi Martin,

Thank you for your question. That is a current limitation. As soon as you move people into the staff box, more will be shown (on the next page reload). If you have single sign-on via SAML set up, you can assign roles automatically as of Mahara 20.04, provided you have those roles mapped in your IdP.
