I just cloned the "latest" version of 20.04 from Github and was surprised to find that the version file says it's RC2.

When I downloaded the zip file from launchpad it appeared to be the final release 20.04.0

Is this intentional/expected? I was a bit surprised.

Hello Howard,

Thanks for checking on that. we noticed that as well and are investigating the cause. We are only mirroring to Github rather than pushing to it directly. The official repository is at https://git.mahara.org/mahara/mahara

There was an issue with replication to github. It has now been sorted.
