I was wondering if it is possible for members of a Group can create their own discussion forums without Administrative rights to the Group? Any wisdom would be appreciated.

Hi Dirk,

I thought that tutors can create forum topics, but it doesn't look like they can. It's just group admins that can create new forums. Usually, people would post topics within forums for discussions and group members can do that unless the group admin closes off the topic creation, e.g. like we do in the news forum here on mahara.org so that only admins can post.
