Only one Student is unable to create new pages - Site unavailable

Hi, I have one student having issues when she is trying to create new pages an error shows 

Site unavailable
A nonrecoverable error occurred. This probably means you have encountered a bug in the system

 

any suggestion, please.

 

Mahara version 19.04

Server Linux / Ubonto 

PostgreSQL

 

The version of PHP 7.0.33

Hi Mays,

Can you please check the error log for your site for the explicit error message when the student tries to create a page? That would give you more insight into what's going wrong.

Our team couldn't figure it out so I recreated the user and import the data to the new account
