I have done server migration from shared hosting to dedicated.

After login as admin or any other user I am getting error"A nonrecoverable error occurred. This probably means you have encountered a bug in the system" but after refresh same page in mahara site, error disapears and page loads with out any error.

Hi Nitin,

Can you please check your error log on the server to see what the actual error message was? The one you posted is the generic one that is displayed to users so as not to leak any information that not everyone should see. The error log has more details that would help with the debugging.
