Hello, 

I wonder if anyone can help me. Is it possible to disable the feature of creating a secret URL for a particular group of users?

I have answered my own question... :) 

I created a new institution and added the specific users as members. In the settings of the institution, I disabled the 'Allow public pages' setting.

Hello Anna,

Great that you could answer your own question! I would have suggested the same. Please note that when secret URLs are disabled, it is not possible to have regular public pages either. There is a wishlist item on the tracker to decouple them: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1394830
