Hello,

I've upgraded my Mahara 17.04 to 17.10. Now, when my students try to change the layout of a page, they get an error message saying that the /view/layout.php file doesn't exist. The same happens when they try to create a new page. In this case the  /view/edit.php file doesn't exist. I've verified that these two files aren't in the 17.10 package.

I've copied them from 17.04, but they don't work. Are these bugs? Am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry. It was my fault.

I was using Essential2 theme which worked fine with 17.04 version, but not with 17.10. I've changed to Ocean theme and now everything is alright.

Hello Juan,

Great that it works again for you. We've made some changes to the page editing screens and the 17.04 theme would not have those templates. You can check the code and see what template changes you might need to make to the Essential theme to get it to work again.
