Hi

I hope I haven't asked this question already.  I have a tutor who randomly has no toolbar on a Text block.  Her students experience the same thing and I suspect they are all in the same location.   She has seen it on a Mac using Safari and also on Windows PCs using a variety of browsers.  We are on version 16.04.5

Has anyone seen anything similar?

Hello Marion,

That can have a couple of reasons:

• Have they disabled the visual editor under Account -> Settings?
• The editor could be loading slowly or not at all. Are there any errors in the error log?

Do they see the same behavior when they create a text block on our demo site? If so, please let us know the exact version of their operating system and the browser and browser version.
