Since upgrading from 1.7.1 to 15.10.1 about 10% of users who used to log in can't. They click login, get directed to our Shib authentication box and when they enter the correct credentials they are sent back to the Mahara login page. Shib shows that they were granted a session and as an Admin in Mahara it shows that they did/are logged in.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I just want to report that we had a similar case for one user.

Here, it seems to happen after we upgraded from 1.6.10 to 15.04, passing throught all the intermediate versions 1.7.0, 1.7.7, 1.8.5, 1.10.0, 1.10.2.

As a single case has been reported, and as this user didn't had put nothing in his portfolio, we decided to simply suppress his account.

After that, the user was able to connect, a new account has been succesfully created ant the user can now work normally.
