I've done quite a bit more testing. I not longer think it is a Collection problem, but a size issue. If the file is 62MB, it's too big. If it is 50MB it works. I'm guessing there is a setting for imports I have yet to discover, that sets a size limitation for imports?

Hello Marylena,

The upload size for imports is currently the same as for other file uploads. So you only need to check how big a file can be at maximum in your file area to work out how big your import can be.

Hi Kristina,

It depends on the browser and platform. If I recall correctly from my tests last week, Chrome had an error message that says,

"This webpage is not available. ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING"

And Safari and Firefox either just went to an empty page, or just sat spinning infinitely.
