No, that sort of functionality is more like a "learning management system" (LMS), such as Moodle or Blackboard. Mahara, on the other hand, is an ePortfolio, so it doesn't include any quiz functionality.

However, it would be possible for a programmer to write a Mahara plugin to do this. I think the closest existing plugin to this idea would be Gregor Anzelj's "survey" plugin: https://wiki.mahara.org/index.php/Plugins/Artefact/Survey
