Hello Stefano,

The storage size is entirely up to you. Mahara does not set a maximum. You determine in your php.ini how much the maximum upload size is for post_max_size and upload_max_filesize. post_max_size should be slightly larger than the other value. And then in the plugin administration you determine the upload limites for users and groups. See http://manual.mahara.org/en/15.04/administration/extensions.html#artefact-type-file You can change these values for individual users and groups if you wish.
