Mahara security release: 1.9.3, 1.8.5, 1.7.8

Hello Maharans!
Following up on yesterday's Mahara 1.10 release, today we have minor version releases for the Mahara 1.9, 1.8, and 1.7 series.
These releases include 2 security fixes relating to cross-site-scripting. Site administrators are advised to upgrade as soon as possible.

- 1.7.8: https://launchpad.net/mahara/+milestone/1.7.8
Mahara 1.7 users should take note, version 1.7.8 is the final upgrade that will be released for the Mahara 1.7 series. Admins of Mahara 1.7 sites are advised to begin the process of upgrading to Mahara 1.8 or later. See https://wiki.mahara.org/index.php/SupportedVersions for more information.
