Dear Members

I specifically need to know the hardware requirements for different volumes based on the following 3 scenarios :

-          5 courses with 200 students each

-          1 college/school with 100 courses and  50 000 students

-          Everyone : 6000 modules with 400 000 students

Have you seen https://wiki.mahara.org/index.php/System_Administrator%27s_Guide/Scalability and https://wiki.mahara.org/index.php/System_Administrator%27s_Guide/Requirements#Hardware ?

Can you please provide more info on what your users are supposed to do in Mahara, e.g. what sort of files are they uploading? How much space do you want to give them? Will they need to access their portfolio during class time or usually on their own?

Hi

The users will be uploading contents and performing almost use all the features provided by mahara, each will have a 1gb storage limit, please advice based on the following senarios:

-          5 courses with 200 students each if concurent users= 80%

-          1 college/school with 100 courses and  50 000 students if concurent users= 80%

-          Everyone : 6000 modules with 400 000 students if concurent users= 80%
