Hi Guys

We currenty have a Mahoodle. Moodle is on 2.4 and Mahara was on 1.6 upgraded to 1.8.1 using server 2008r2 and IIS

When users click on Files inc admin we get "

Mahara: Site unavailable

A nonrecoverable error occurred. This probably means you have encountered a bug in the system"

I have checked the config files permissions for IIS user and nothing has changed

What would the next step be in fixing this ?

Hello

Sometimes it happens to me too. Try to reload the page with the reload button or item from the browser menus.

If the message is showed again, look into the php's and web server's logs to provide the community with more detail, so we could try to help you.

As dajan said, your next step in troubleshooting this would be to look in the PHP error logs for Moodle and Mahara, and see if there is a specific error or warning that occurs each time you attempt this.
