Hi guys,

I have had some new users register for access.

I get the email and then login and register them.

Some are not getting the email with the user/pass and I can't find these users anywhere in the system?

Where can I find them and can i resend the user/pass?

Hello Ben,

When you approve the users, there is no way at the moment to resend the approval email I'm afraid. They will have to register again. Being able to re-approve them if they haven't received the email or not in time, would certainly be a good feature. I created a wishlist item at https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1276886

Did your users check their spam folders? If they are certain that they haven't received your mail, it might be worthwhile checking your email log to see if the email had been sent out or if there is a problem on your mail server.
