Hi,

Apologies if this has been asked before and I have missed it. I want a tecaher to be able to create a Template page for pupils to copy and have their own version which they tweak.

I have created a page and shared it with my institution allowing other users to copy and retaining access to the copy as I want the teacher to have a list.

I do not want any pupils to be able to see each others but when I login as a pupil I can see all the pages that have been copied and what's more worrying I can edit them.

Have I missed a crucial point here. Any help appreciated.

Hello Tricia,

Did you happen to create the page in a group and all your students are members of the group? The only way that I can think of that your scenario would happen is if you create a page in a group and your students copy that group page while in the group and thus create another group page instead of creating a page in their personal portfolios.

Can you please check where you created the page and where you see the students' pages?
