is there a way to assign a category to a group once it has been created?

(using v 1.7.4)

Hello Fran,

Great to see you here. :-)

Once you enabled group categories, you can add a category to an existing group by editing the group settings. Go to the homepage of the group and click the "Edit" button. Towards the bottom of the page under "General" you'll see the category drop-down menu.
