mahara-moodle addhost error.
26 April 2013, 22:10
I am on moodle 2.3, and installed mahara 1.6.3. when adding the public key on moodle, it gives this type of error:
The key is not a valid SSL key. (4: The subject of the certificate:
http://mysite.com/connect/
does not match the host it came from:
http://mysite.com/connect.
)
Someone help me correct this error out.
Regards.

Hello Bang,
You can try to regenerate the key on the Mahara networking page and check that it has a valid expiry date (i.e. a date in the future). Then go to your Moodle page. Normally, if it finds an incorrect key, it shows you the key that the site is broadcasting. You can compare those against the key you see on your Mahara networking page.
And also make sure that networking is turned on for both Moodle and Mahara.
Cheers
Kristina
