Hi 

We have a brand new 1.6.2 installation and one of our experienced users has identifed the following issue when copying pages from an individual portfolio (after Leap2A import) to a group. Copying pages across to the group appears to be working fine, but only 20 pages are accessible from within the group despite it showing 27 results. I have tried adjusting the maximum items per page to 50 with no luck it just reverts back to 20 and we have also tried to navigate through groups pages using next which stays on the same list of pages displayed, navigation to first and previous pages is greyed out.

I have checked the site and institution configuration settings / options and cannot seem to locate any settings that could be causing / affecting this issue.

Any advice the community can offer would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi Nayomie,

Sorry that nobody answered your post earlier.

Without seeing the url format, I'm guessing that this is the same problem as in this post: https://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=5201

1.6.3 which we released on friday has the fix for the pagination problems.

Thanks for the headsup about the latest release. I will get our ICT guys onto it and hopefully that will resolve the issue.

Hi Nayomie,

Upgrading will make the links be like http://wsieportfolio.wsi.tafensw.edu.au/view/groupviews.php?group=1&offset=20&setlimit=1&limit=20 instead. Note how the instances of "amp;" are gone?

Good luck getting the ICT department to upgrade.

Updated and tested on our Dev site late yesterday- seems all good although we are still unable to change the settings to display more than 20 pages at a time despite the drop down box indicating the possibility of doing so - but yes we can now navigate to all 78 pages in the group.

We will update or Prod site on Friday morning so that we have had time to pre-warn our users and minimise disruption.
