I'm sure there is a simple explanation for this, but I can't seem to find one.  We are using Mahara 1.4 and the user accounts are missing the Profile Introduction field. Instead of a text box, a small asterisk is displayed.  I am a site administrator.  I can get to and change items in the site administration tab, but I have no access to the site configuration (.php) files.  Is this an issue for my hosting/support company or is it something I can fix?

Hello Laurie,

It seems to me that you have a corrupt file somewhere if you don't have the profile introduction box. I haven't come across that issue yet and it's an essential field that someone else would have reported by now as 1.5 is the latest stable release and 1.6 is in the making.
