Hi

I have recently created a collection on our Mahara site and given access to all 'Logged in users' but fellow users have not been able to copy the collection when they have logged on.

I was wondering if there was anything i needed to do to enable other users to copy the collection

Hello David,

In addition to making the collection available to the users, you also need to allow copying specifically under "Advanced options" on the same screen where you gave access, cf. http://manual.mahara.org/en/1.5/portfolio/share.html#choose-advanced-options (number 3 in the screenshot).

Hi

I appreciate the advice given and have followed the link you gave to me, but am still having issues with other users copying my collection. Would it be a Mahara issue as my version is 1.4.3.

Hello David -yes -copying collections came with Mahara 1.5.
