Hi

My installation of Mahara has been working fine then suddenly today I am unable to view the PROFILE tab on any of the users - just get the "non recoverable error..." warning. But if I then switch to any of the other tabs they all work fine!

I have not changed anything else!

Any ideas?

Hi Philip,

Would you be able to attach a copy of your error log. On unix this is usually at /var/log/apache2/error_log or similar. Ask your system administrator if you need help.

Make sure you take out any personal information in the log.

I have asked them and they tell me that there are no errors on the log - they directed me to my cpanel error log and it is blank. Their reply below:

"There is no error generated and that is why there is no information to point us to the script which causes the issue. You may request from the mahara developers to check your website coding and add extended error reporting to the same in order to have the error causing the issue load on your website.

As for the error log generated for your account you may access it via cPanel > Error Log tab"

I am running v 1.4.2 of Mahara.
