Is there an easy (non-programming way) to create a university-branded theme in 1.5? (i.e. is there a user interface for creating themes in 1.5, and can we have it default to one of those custom themes?)

Hello Sam,

You can only use the configurable theme in an institution, but not on site level. Thus, if Pace University is an institution on your Mahara, you can create a configurable theme as per Melissa's link to the manual which allows you to change colors. However, the entire site itself, i.e. logged-out page for your users, would not have that theme but one of the ones that are available on site level.
