At the csv import, the first accented characters in first names doesn't imported. The other accented characters, and the not accented first letters remains unaffected.

This is my test import file (utf-8):

Could you please report this into the bug tracker (https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara), so the Mahara team will have a look and fix it if it appears to be a bug.
