Hi, can one disable, for group members, the option to edit Group pages? So that only Group admins have the rights to edit the Group Pages. / Jonas :-)

Hello Jonas,

I haven't started on the comparison of the group page editing capabilities in the different group types on Mahara 1.4 (which shouldbe the same for 1.2 and 1.3) yet, so I can't give you a definite answer for all group types. However, if you set up a course controlled group, members cannot edit group pages. They can only copy them.

Hi Kristina,

Thanks for your help. I changed to Course controlled membership, and it disallows Editing as you say :-). But I wonder if you could help me to understand what a course controlled group really is? Cannot really grasp the difference between Course and Standard.
