Users on our site do NOT see a copyright disclaimer when they upload a file. (We're running 1.4 on a Linux server)

On the features list it says:

     " When uploading a file users must agree to a configurable Copyright disclaimer."

Where can this be configured?

Where can I turn this on or check the settings? Any ideas of why this does not appear on our site?

The only reference to this I can find is this page in the wiki (which doesn't help):

Oh snap.

After searching mahara.org, Googling the heck out of it, and clicking on (what I thought was) every link in the Site Administration, I finally found the "Plugin Administration: artefact: file: file" config link.

Hello John,

Great that you found it. Sorry for making it so difficult to find. I am currently updating the user guide at http://manual.mahara.org and you just reminded me to put a ToDo item in it because I had conveniently left off a hint about the copyright notice. I haven't documented the site administration yet. But hopefully soon.
