Can't see some images in a journal
12 January 2024, 0:32
Dear Kristina,
I have a similar problem, but with version 22.10.
In our case, the file was attached directly to the blog entry (uploaded directly to the blog), but it cannot be accessed after publication.
The error message by klicking on the file (in the published article/entry) is:
Access denied
You do not have access to view this page.
Do you have any help or explanation as to why this error message appears?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Christina

Hello,
I can't find the solution
- I've changed the cron settings in order to get the cron log, and it seems to be OK.
- I've had a look at the permissions and I think they are OK too.
- I've deleted all the images in the journal, uploaded them again with new names and rebuilt the journal. Unfortunately it doesn't work.
However, I've collected the last error logs. I don't understand them, but I hope they may be useful for somebody to find the solution:
Any help would be appreciated.
Juan

Hi Christina and Juan,
The issue with the attachment on a blog post was resolved in new maintenance versions of Mahara. You can test this on our demo site.
Juan: I can't access the file that you linked to as it's not in a page and thus I'm prevented from seeing it.
Thank you
Kristina
