Is it possible in future developments to have images going across several columns. The times iPad edition demonstrates this very effectively. The ability to take an images across 2 or 3 columns allows alot of design flexibility and could make a views presentation far more appealing.

Others are also interested in this feature. Sigi has posted a feature request at https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/802157 . If you support it, you are welcome to add your weight and give this wish more heat by clicking on "This bug affects me" after logging in.
